BioShield Healthy Living Aqua Resin Stain Finish-Water-Base Interior/Exterior Stain & Finish
BioShield Healthy Living Aqua Resin Stain Finish is a solvent-free water-based, Zero VOC, low-drip, resilient wood stain finish for interior and exterior applications. Aqua Resin Stain Finish is based on nontoxic and natural raw materials that are harmless to the environment and waterways. The finish is completely solvent-free.
Specifications: Easy to apply, low drip, low splash. Excellent weathering, high bondability, fast drying. Colors are light stable and UV resistant. Aqua Resin Satin Finish does not contain biocides and will not prevent discoloration of wood due to fungus.
Application Areas: BioShield Aqua Resin Stain Finish is a weather-resistant finish for exterior and interior wood surfaces such as windows, doors, wood paneling and other architectural woodwork.
Application: Aqua Resin Stain Finish has a gel-like consistency and needs to be stirred before use. Apply by brush, foam brush, fine roller or sprayer (Airless or Aircoat) at temperatures above 8° C (46° F). Apply one thinned-down coat (10% – 15% of water) for priming, then two coats full strength.
Tools: Brush, fine roller or sprayer (Airless or Aircoat). Wash tools with water and soap immediately after use.
Coverage: 120-150 square feet per liter, depending on surface characteristics and wood type.
Drying Time: Depending on temperature and moisture the finished surface should be dry-to-touch after 15-30 minutes, and may be sanded after one to two hours. Refinish after a minimum of one to two hours drying time.
Thinning and Cleanup: A maximum of 5-10% of water may be added for thinning. Clean tools with warm water and soap.

Aqua Resin Floor Finish-Stain & Finish in One (also available in Clear)
Tinted, semi-transparent, water-based finish for interior floors and furniture. Use Aqua Resin Floor Finish for priming and finishing heavily used surfaces. High abrasion resistance. BioShield Aqua Resin Floor Finish is formaldehyde free.
Application Areas: Use on absorbent surfaces made of wood, cork, stone, concrete, and terra-cotta. As a high abrasion-resistant finish, this product is suited for high traffic areas such as hallways and parquet floors. BioShield Aqua Resin Floor Finish is also well suited for doors, work surfaces, tables, stairs and other furniture.
Technical Qualities: Excellent flow, high water resistance, high strength and durability. Satin sheen, transparent.
Surface Preparation: Surface must be clean, dry, free of grease and absorbent. Before applying the first coat, all surfaces must be sanded no finer than 120 Grit. Exotic wood must be degreased prior to application of BioShield Aqua Resin Floor Finish.
Application: Apply BioShield Aqua Resin Floor Finish at a room temperature above 59° F (15° C). Stir product well before use. (Extreme agitation such as heavy shaking or mixing by machine may cause surface bubbles and should be avoided.) Apply one priming coat by brush or short nap roller. Allow to dry. Light sanding between coats (220-320 Grit) is recommended for best results. After the first priming coat apply one additional thin and even coats color coat, and a third coat either clear or color depending on desired color density. Allow to dry between each coat, and optional sanding.
Coverage & Drying Time: 140-160 sq. ft. / Liter depending on thickness of coat.
Drying Time: Depending on temperature, humidity and surface, BioShield Aqua Resin Floor Finish dries within four-to-five hours between coats. The product will cure over a period of approximately one week to reach the final hardness.

BioShield Wall Glaze is a highly versatile and transparent waterborne concentrate that can be tinted with pigments and used as a color wash for walls, used with a high concentration of pigment to form an opaque waterborne paint, or to create a washable seal over chalky or dusty surfaces. One coat dries flat, several coats will dry to an eggshell sheen.
BioShield Hard Oil #9

BioShield Penetrating Sealer #5
The first thing you’ll notice about BioShield’s penetrating oils is that the characteristic smell associated with petroleum-based products is missing. That’s because their penetrating oils are crafted from Linseed Oil, plants, and other less hazardous materials. Oil finishes are the easiest finishes to apply – anyone can achieve great results. BioShield’s oils come in an assortment of sizes to suit every need, and are an outstanding buy.
Usage: BioShield’s #5 oil is a high-solids primer that excels at sealing cork, dry and absorbent woods, and large surfaces such as floors and architectural woodwork. It’s also our recommendation for sealing beams, wooden boats, and masonry such as stone, slate, and brick. Use it as a primer for BioShield products #3, #4, #30, #32, #44, and #99.
Application: Penetrating oils are best applied by pad applicators or brush, but the materials being finished can also be sprayed or dipped. Surfaces should be sound, dust free, and free of contaminants such as mildew, oil, and grease. The maximum moisture content for softwoods should not exceed 18 percent and hardwoods should not exceed 12 percent moisture. Very resinous woods such as teak must be cleaned with BioShield Citrus Thinner, and other exotic woods should be wiped with an alcohol thinner (ethanol). Generally speaking, the best results are obtained by applying oils with a professional quality natural bristle brush. After allowing the oil to penetrate for approximately 25 minutes, the surface is buffed with a soft, absorbent, lint-free cotton cloth, and the process is repeated 24 hours later.
Coverage: Approximately 100 to 150 square feet per liter depending the rate of absorbency and the surface texture.

Tibet Almond Stick
The Tibet Almond Stick is a tightly rolled cotton stick, soaked in a secret family formula. It is used to efface surface scratches from wood surfaces. It comes in only one size and is colorless when rubbed on a scratch. If it is kept covered when not in use, it should last for years!
The Almond stick is very simple to use. Just open up the can, and remove the stick. Unwrap the blue wrapper and rub either end on the scratch. The scratch will disappear “Quick As A Wink.” There is no need to peel the label, or cut the stick. The liquid will continue to flow to the end of the stick until it is gone.
