Mattresses and Bedding
We love our Green Sleep. I especially appreciate it when I first get in bed. The mattress makes my bed even more of a respite from, and award for, a hard day at work. Then I relish lying in bed in the morning, drifting in and out of dreams. I can especially feel the mattress’ superb support when I am lying on my stomach, which is my morning position. For most of my life I have had fibromyalgia, an auto-immune disease that causes muscle soreness and pain, resulting in poor sleep habits. Several months ago when I needed a new mattress, I found that I am extremely allergic to the off-gases of polyurethane foam, the material most often used in mattresses. As I began to research alternatives to the foam, I learned of the all-natural latex mattresses available at Natural Interiors. The owners were very helpful in helping me choose what was best for me, and I purchased a Rainforest mattress and foundation. Not only do they provide sleep-inducing comfort, but also relieve fibromyalgia pain by reducing pressure on trigger points in the body. Flooring
I bought this cork from you last year, and much later promised to send some photos. It was laid in Nov ‘08 on a worn, stained concrete slab floor which was always cold in winter. As we have two big dogs who are constantly in and out — part of the time across the floor to patio doors, thought carpet would not be practical: there were some unsightly cracks in the concrete so re-staining was not the solution; then our daughter Marsea brought me to you all– voila!!!! I just love to walk on it, the warmth, the feel under bare or stocking feet, the sound, and of course the rich color and appearance. We love it! Visitors exclaim over the floor and it is holding up well under giant dog paws.-Lou W, Colorado Springs, CO
General Products
We are remodeling a sun room and wanted to use as many environmentally safe products as possible. Thanks to everyone at Natural Interiors the process was easy and affordable! We used American Pride primer and paint and were very pleased with the results. There was no odor during painting (even though windows were closed), fingerprints and dirt wash off easily, and the cost was comparable to other non-green paints! We sealed our floor grout with AFM Safecoat Grout Sealer and, in comparison to previously used non-green sealers, we’re amazed! There was no odor, gloves were not needed (non-green sealers are very irritating to the skin) and the cost was less than the non-green brand. We will be using the green stains and polyurethane sealers from Natural Interiors to finish all our door frames and wood trim. Thanks Natural Interiors! -John and Kristin Remenar, Wheat Ridge, CO
